Chef John. I MADE this! My husband LOVED it and so did I. So worth it. It was so easy and simple. I marinated it for 18 hours. Taste was wonderful. You were right. The garlic wasn’t as sharp after being cooked. I plan on making THIS one again. THANKS again Chef John!
